Learn the fundamentals of barbell training safely in a fun and inspiring environment. We will work to establish an enjoyable and encouraging relationship with barbells and strength training, as well as develop confidence and greater athletic skills. Beneficial for sports teams and can be tailored to be sport-specific.
Programs are typically 4-8 seminar sessions total depending on goals and needs.
First payment is deposit, second payment sent halfway into seminar program.
