Online Coaching

Train when it's convenient for you. Requires access to a gym or your own equipment. Two options: basic/beginner programming or comprehensive/advanced.

Personal Training

1-on-1 custom coaching with a highly experienced coach, working towards your personalized fitness goals.

Gym Membership

Gym memberships are 24/7 access and include: essentials, premium, and first responder/post-secondary student rates.

Movement Therapy

Combines evidence-based psychotherapy with body-based awareness, movement, and strength practices for deeper emotional change.

Gym Memberships

Monthly gym memberships provide unlimited training sessions with 24/7 access. Month-to-month, and can cancel any time! 

All training sessions, including drop-ins, must be booked in advance using our calendar, 
under “BOOK YOUR WORKOUT.”

Coaching, Programming & Consultations

Remote coaching is offered to any fitness level with the ability to specialize in strength training and powerlifting. Individuals can train wherever is convenient to them. We provide a program tailored to your specific goals and based around the equipment you have available. Regular check-ins are provided, with technique and mindset support from your coach. 

Choose from: comprehensive coaching, nutrition coaching, zoom consultations (program and technique feedback, mindset/psychology).  We also offer custom programming.

Personal Training

We offer 1-on-1 custom coaching with a highly experienced trainer, working towards your personalized fitness goals.

Personal training

Work one-on-one with a coach for individualized training towards your goals. We work with everyone including beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Sessions are 60-minutes.

Strength & Conditioning Classes

High-intensity sessions provided in group format, with a strength-based element, only 1 hour. Work towards your fitness goals with like-minded individuals which increases both fun, and accountability! Unlimited membership also includes full access to open-gym hours. All classes and training sessions must be booked in advance using our calendar, under “BOOK YOUR WORKOUT.”

Working with Erica for my second meet (CPF Nationals 2019) was a fantastic experience. Movement and Exercise Psychotherapy™ is a unique holistic approach that combines intentional physical movement with evidence-based psychotherapy. It integrates the science of exercise with elements of traditional talk therapy to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. This service is covered by most health benefits.

The gym is 24/7 and is staffed at varying hours per day. The facility is secure and members have fob access.

Yes, we are semi-private. We control and limit the number of select gym memberships to ensure an optimal training environment.
